Our company has a team of six
(6) civil engineers. As follows, a brief description of their experience and
preparation:

Ruben Torres Aguayo, PE
|
32
years of geotechnical related experience in Puerto Rico and Virgin
Islands. Mr. Torres has made notable projects for the
Pharmaceutical industries, private sector and Government agencies.
Over the years, he has tackled large project over complex terrains
by cost effective methods. |

Luis Sierra, MECE, PE |
21 years of
geotechnical related experience in Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
Mr. Sierra holds Masters degree in Geotechnical Engineering from
Tulane University. He has work with important infrastructure Mega
projects such as the Super-Aqueduct and Urban Train. Luis is
currently the president of Aqua Drilling, Inc., water well drilling
division of Jaca & Sierra. Among other technical subjects, Luis has
vast experience in dealing with dewatering projects, infiltration
wells, and well fields. |

Carlos A. Perez, PE |
30 years of
geotechnical related experience in Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.
Mr. Perez has made notable projects for private as well as
government agencies such as the Puerto Rico Highway Authority and
Ports Authority. Some example important projects have been the San
Juan International Airport Control Tower, St. Thomas, USVI, Airport,
PR no. 2 Highway Intersections San German, among others. |

Carlos R. Sierra Del
Llano, MSCE, PE
(President)

Senior Geotechnical Engineer. Bachellors Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master Degree in Geotechnical
Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Carlos has had experience with geotechnical consulting, geophysics,
geotechnical and structural monitoring. Some of his outstanding
projects have included deep excavations support design, deep
foundations, large diameter drilled shafts, and liquefaction
mitigation. Mr. Sierra has been the lead geotechnical engineer for large scale industrial, port facilities, high rise buildings, landslide rehabilitation, telecommunications and renewable energy projects, among others.

Lourdes Rodriguez, MSCE, PE |
Geotechnical
Engineering practice since 2000. Bachelors Degree in Civil
Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. Masters degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Missouri, S&T. Lourdes
has had experience with geotechnical recommendations for
industrial as well as residential type structures. In addition, she
has provided analytical and engineering support to our soil and
material testing facilities. |

Liselle Vega Cortes, MSCE, PE
|
Geotechnical Engineer, Senior Laboratory Engineer. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnical University of Puerto Rico. Masters Degree from Virginia Tech University. Liselle provides analytical support to the soils laboratory and is part of our team of geotechnical engineers for preparation of reports and recommendations for various projects within Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.. Liselle is also our lead manager of internal quality control for compliance with AAP accrediation and USACE validation. |
